Hey, I’m Andrea — certified massage therapist, skincare student, and the heart behind Radiant Glow Spa. I earned my Associate of Applied Science (AAS) degree in Massage Therapy, and I’ve been helping people feel better in their bodies ever since. Whether you’re dealing with stress, pain, or just need to hit reset. Right now, I’m leveling up and expanding my services by going back to school for Esthetics because your skin deserves the same glow-up as your muscles. Soon, Radiant Glow Spa will be a full-body experience: tension relief, skincare magic, and all the radiant energy you can handle. I’m not just a massage therapist — I’m also a proud mama of 6. Yep, six! Between running a business and chasing dreams, I juggle schedules, sports, school, and snacks like a pro. I’m living that loud, full, and sometimes chaotic life and still show up every day in the spa with heart, hustle, and purpose. Being a mom has taught me the kind of strength, patience, and presence that I now bring into every client session. I’m also lucky enough to share this wild, beautiful life with my supportive boyfriend, who cheers me on through every big move I make.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellations, Rescheduling, & No-Show Policies are in place to ensure that my services are delivered timely and fairly to all my clients. I understand that unforeseen circumstances can arise, and I strive to accommodate reasonable requests while also respecting the time of my other clients appointments. Cancellation: If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, I kindly ask for at least 24 hour notice so I am able to offer that time slot to another client. Failure to provide sufficient notice may result in a cancellation fee of 75% your service. No-Shows: In the event of a no-show, where a client does not attend their scheduled appointment without prior notice, a fee may be charged to compensate for the lost time and opportunity to serve other clients. Late Arrivals: In the event that you are running late for an appointment, I will accomplish as much as possible in the time remaining for your scheduled appointment you will be charged for the full session price. If you are 10 minutes late you will be considered as a No-Show. I value the commitment of my clients to their appointments and appreciate your understanding of the importance of respecting my time and my other clients appointment times. I strive to be flexible and understanding of my clients' needs, and I am committed to working with you to find suitable solutions whenever possible. My policies are designed to maintain a fair and organized scheduling system that benefits all of my clients. Your adherence to my cancellations, rescheduling, and no-show policies is greatly appreciated and ensures a positive experience for everyone involved.
